Strategy Update: Hari - joy

Joy is not reserved for the mountaintop moments — it is woven into ordinary days, even amid hardship. Hari invites us to live with open hands, grateful hearts, and resilient hope. Theologically, joy flows not from circumstances, but from connection: with God, with the earth, with others, and with the work we’ve been given to do. Paul wrote from prison, “Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I will say, rejoice!” Joy, then, is not a feeling we wait for — it’s a discipline we practice.

Reflective Questions:

  • What robs me of joy—and what restores it?

  • Am I living in a way that sparks delight, gratitude, and meaning?

  • How can I bring joy to where I worship, where I sleep and where I work?
