One of the wonderful things about gardening is that you discover life is everywhere and that life is diverse. You also discover that healthy ecosystems need each other to be healthy and functioning. There is a place for all and diversity, health and connectivity matters.
Some questions for reflection:
How can our parish recognise and nurture the unique gifts and voices within our community, ensuring everyone has a place in our shared life—like diverse plants in a flourishing garden?
In what ways is our parish contributing to the health and vitality of the wider diocesan ecosystem, and how are we receiving life from others in return?
What practices can we adopt to strengthen the spiritual, relational, and missional ‘soil’ of our parish, so that growth and diversity are not only possible but sustainable?
